Playing

How do I make a match?

Drag a tile onto a neighbouring tile, or tap one tile and then tap a neighbour. Three or more of the same animal in a line clear, everything above falls in to fill the gap, and if that makes another match the chain keeps going.

What are the special tiles?

Swapping two specials together combines them into something bigger.

I'm stuck on a level.

If you sit still for a few seconds a hint pulses on its own, and the Hint button asks for one any time. Shuffle mixes the board for the price of one move. If no legal move exists at all, the board reshuffles itself automatically and that one is free.

Is there a timer?

No. Levels have a move budget, not a clock. You can think for as long as you like.

Extra moves

What am I buying?

Five extra moves for US $0.99, so you can keep playing the level you're on instead of starting it over. It's the only purchase in the game, and it's entirely optional — every level can be finished without it.

Why don't I see the offer?

It only appears when you run out of moves and every goal on that level is at least 70% finished, and at most twice per attempt. If you're further from the goal than that, the level simply ends and you can try again for free.

Why is it asking me a maths question?

That's a parental gate. The game is meant to appeal to children, so a multiplication question stands in front of the payment sheet every single time — not just the first time — to make sure an adult is the one buying.

I bought moves but didn't get them.

Purchased moves are paid into a balance that survives leaving the level, so a purchase approved later (for example through Ask to Buy) still lands. Open the game, start any level, and run the move counter down — banked moves are always offered before you're asked to buy more. If the balance still looks wrong, email us with the date of the purchase and we'll sort it out.

How do I restore my purchase?

There's nothing to restore. Extra moves are a consumable — they're spent when you use them, the way coins are, so Apple doesn't tie them to your account after the fact.

I want a refund.

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account that made the purchase.

How do I turn off in-app purchases entirely?

On the device, open Settings › Screen Time › Content & Privacy Restrictions › iTunes & App Store Purchases and set In-app Purchases to Don't Allow. The game keeps working; the offer just stops appearing.

Progress and data

Where is my progress saved?

On the device itself. There are no accounts and no sign-in, and progress does not sync between devices. Deleting the app deletes your levels, stars and any unspent moves along with it.

Does it need the internet?

No. The game plays completely offline. The only time it talks to the network is when you make a purchase, and that connection is Apple's.

How do I mute it?

The speaker button in the top-right corner of the level map turns sound on and off.
